The Ammonite shad is no ordinary shad softbait – it is a real fishing machine! An articulated caudal section gives off stronger underwater vibrations than standard shadbaits and generate a wider, more pronounced swimming action. The profile of the dorsal section has been designed to suit offset hook rigs like weightless or Texas. The bait can be fished just as successfully on a straight weighted jighead or as a trailer bait. A rattle can be inserted along the flanks of the bait if needed making the ammonite shad a bait whose versatility is matched only by its fish pulling power!
